We were able to serve the female business owner. She arrived at the place of business. As she got out of her vehicle Allen stated her name and handed her papers. At that point she began yelling at him. As Allen walked towards his vehicle the woman began following him and screaming. Allen got in vehicle and Michele took of before woman became violent with them.
